• To provide first rate customer service while ensuring that all transactions meet company practices for revenue control in every interaction.
  • Process cash and validate transactions based upon established fees and procedures.
    Document all transactions in accordance with company policy.
  • Be accountable for all cash received according to procedure.
  • Reconcile cash register and prepare report for the
    parking office.
  • Courteously assist visitors by answering any questions they may have in regard to hospital parking.
  • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the parking office and security.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the assigned parking area and booths.
  • Be Prepared for immediate scheduling changes as directed by the parking office.


Recruitment of Staff
All attendants will be trained according to the protocol of your facility. All of our managers, owners are on call 24 hours per day 7 days per week. Our response time will be immediate and within the hour.

We are a locally owned and operated valet parking organization with over 65 active valet attendants in the Philadelphia Area. We the owners will indoctrinate the managers of the Account and assist with the training of the valet attendants.

The assignment of management is a 2 fold process. You will have an account manager/supervisor and also a owner representative account manager. Our managers work directly with the owners and the client to ensure a complete, consistent, professional, courteous and safe valet parking service.

Orientation of New Staff
The orientation of new staff will happen by the owners and managers. All staff will be constantly supervised and trained to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Management Personnel
Our management team is local and are on call 24 hours 7 days per week.

Equipment and Supplies
Valet tickets, movable podium, manifest sheets, signage if needed and other items will be purchased and inspected on an ongoing basis. However, anything that needs to be added will be approved by the parking office prior to implementation.
